What kind of Coaching is this?
I use a signature blend of techniques and approaches for the mind, body and soul connection. We look at the whole of you and create space for integration, expansion and healing. I believe that if something is manifested in the physical body, that the same is so, within the mental and emotional space. How you do ‘things’ is how you do everything and the body is an amazing entry point for seeing how you’ve been doing so far and how you would like to go forward. I use ‘Interval Coaching’ techniques which involve focus during the session and at home afterwards - this requires full engagement and in turn you will see fast results. You will be supported between sessions in a way that suits you.
What can I expect from a session?
Our first session will be spent looking at the root of your challenges and exploring your personal goals. We’ll go over your ‘old stories and holding patterns’ letting go of what is no longer needed and making space for new ways of thinking and being. I work with a range of powerful healing modalities which can be included to embody and deepen your progress. Our time together will be customised to your individual goals and needs.
Who does Coaching benefit?
Generally speaking Coaching is suitable for anyone who looking to make lasting change. Coaching is different to therapy as it requires a high level of self-management, self-accountability and self-care. This is not a replacement for any kind of therapeutic work, although all my work comes from a trauma informed perspective. Coaching with me is an in depth process that can bring up emotions and experiences from your subconscious and past with the goal of healing them and releasing them somatically, in order to experience true emotional freedom. This benefits everyone from the teen struggling in school to the CEO and athlete struggling with mindset.
I specialise in working with sensitives and highly gifted individuals - but my work is not exclusive to this field.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your needs. Some clients check in a couple of times a year and others choose to see me three times a week, for different modalities. This is your process and you get to choose your exchange and commitment.
